Insurance
Insurance Coverage
We are no longer able to file claims for hearing aid purchases. We will provide you an invoice that you can submit to your insurance carrier. We will be happy to complete any forms your carrier requires if you provide them. You will be required to pay for your hearing device in full, then submit your claim to your insurance carrier.
Financial Policy
You will be required to pay a deposit when you place an order for a hearing instrument. This deposit is equal to one half of the total instrument purchase. The balance is due upon fitting and delivery of the instrument. If the instrument is returned within the 30-day adjustment period, the purchase price will be returned excluding a $125 (one aid) or $200 (two aids) fitting fee. If you should decide to cancel your instrument purchase prior to fitting, you will be refunded the entire deposit amount.
